Široky vyber produktov, slušny plat na začiatok, karierny rast ak bude fungovať ako sa o tom kecá tak v decathlone vidim karieru. Ale som tu chvilu na to aby som to vedel posúdiť. Uvidim nabudúci rok či to malo zmysel sa snažiť

Decathlon ma nejake svoje zásady ako čo funguje ale keď vidím iné štáty a ich obchody ako kreativne upravuju predajnu tak mi pride ž ľudia v CZ sa boja zmien. Boja sa zapojiť hlavy a skusiť niečo nove. Na nové veci abo zmeny povedia nie a hodia na to nezmyselne dovody.

Tým, možnost sportovního vyžití, možnost růstu směrem nahoru i do ostatních oddělení.

Komunikace a zacházení kolegů z globální centrály, nic není neslušné, ale evidentně pro ně nejsme priorita, což často výrazně zdržuje naše interní projekty.

Pracuji tu pár měsíců a jsem nadšená. Skvěle flexibilní pro studenty. Obrovský výběr z úvazků od 10h- 40h/ týden. Skvěle placeno, skvělý kolektiv a přístup nadřízených. Moc doporučuji!
