Byl jsem svým pánem, mohl jsem si práci naplánovat jak jsem uznal za vhodné.
Přístup majitele byl tristní, bez pochvaly , poděkování, uznání, jen kritika. Toto byl můj šestý zamestnavatel, ale s tímto přístupem jsem se nikde nesetkal.

Trpělivosti při zaučení si cením, ovšem po zkušební době se situace mění, kdy veškerá výpomoc končí a jsou kladeny vysoké nároky bez pomoci. Pokud pracujete v malém kolektivu je běžné,že komunikace a řešení provozních záležitostí konzultujete s kolegy. V této firmě to není možné. Z kolegů se stávají nepřátelé, kteří vám velmi znepříjemní pracovní den, záměrně dezinformují nadřízené apod. Pokud máte povahu snést hysterické vystupování jak kolegů tak nadřízených, pracovní místo vřele doporučuji.
