Jsem hrozně spokojený s kolektivem v EGITu. Více než za kolegy chodím za kamarády. Hrozně mě potěšilo, jak probíhal onboarding, vše mi bylo vysvětleno a byla mi věnována dostatečná péče! To se jen tak nevidí.

Super parta lidí, žádné zdlouhavé procesy, zajímavý obor a projekty, neustálé učení se, samostatná práce a důvěra ze strany nadřízeného, vzájemné naslouchání si a kooperace.
Častějš hrát společně deskovky bych si prosila.

Moc mě baví místní neformální kolektiv kolegů, kreativní práce s jasně viditelnými výsledky a přímými dopady na fungování celé firmy. Také mám ráda samostatnost práce a zodpovědnost, která s ní přichází.

Příjemný neformální kolektiv. Dynamická oblast podnikání, ve které se člověk nenudí a naučí se spoustu nového. Výborná dostupnost jak metrem, tak i tramvají.
