Vždy som tužila chodiť do práce, ktorá má napĺňa, je tam skvelá parta ľudí, môžem karierovo ale aj vedomostne rásť a moj nadriadený je empatický človek, ktorý vie zastávať managerskú pozíciu. Práca vo Webglobe mi toto všetko umožňuje, a nie len to ale dalej napr. aj skvelé benefity. Sme tu ako jedna veľká rodina, kde každý má nejaké povinnosti, starosti, zodpovednosti ale vždy na konci dňa sme jeden veľký team, ktorý drží za jeden povraz a pomáha si.

naprosto flexibilní pracovní doba pohodová atmosféra fajn kolegové není problém se tu na čemkoliv domluvit možnost vyjádřit vlastní názor

Zapracovat na chválení, motivaci zaměstnanců, více je oceňovat, ať už slovně, někdy i finančně

Nejvíce si Vážím velmi individuálního a “lidského” přístupu ze strany zaměstnavatele, snahy nalézt společnou řeč a řešení, kde budou obě strany spokojené.
