Zábavná práce na léto... vedení na nás sicr bylo přísný, ale férový.
Rozhodně peníze...na druhou stranu člověk má hrazený ubytování v zahraničí, jídlo a ke všemu skvělou zábavu, takže jsem byl ochoten mzdu přehlídnout a nebýt okolností tak bych letní práci vybral znovu.

Dobrý kolektiv, zajímavé služební cesty.
Zaměstnanci jsou přetížení, většina dělá víc než má v popisu práce, žádné pochvaly, žádné odměny.

Cestovani v ramci poznavani lokalit, ktere nabizi. V te dobe stabilita.
Mistni marketing resit s mistnimi a ne centralne v Praze. Komunikace vedouciho s podrizenym.

Nejvíce si cením profesionality, služebních cest - aby se nám lépe nabízely a prodávaly hotely, dále si velmi cením školení, které jsou propracované a opravdu si z nich něco odneseme - chtělo by to však více přestávek, i když by to bylo na úkor času, přestávky jsou potřeba.
Změnila bych systém odměňování a plat. Pokud bych to mohla mít ve svých rukou, za každý rok odpracovaný ve firmě bych přidávala cca 2 000 Kč hrubého. Hodně lidí má vystudovanou vysokou školu a myslím si, že celkově prodejci zájezdů si zaslouží větší plat, protože například v sezoně je to opravdu velmi náročné.

Upozorňuji, že se jednalo o pozici animátora v destinaci, takže některé otázky jsou relativně nevypovídající, například doba spolupráce, možnost skloubit s osobním životem apod.
