Vychází vztříc svým zaměstnancům. Práce není moc a peněz není úplně málo. Jsem zde spokojen.
Ne všechni berou práci ve firmě zodpovědně, takže bych měnil určitě lidi. Zlepšit by se měl přístup některých lidí k ostatním.

Informal work atmosphere
V Gefcu pracuje skvělý tým lidí, kteří se mezi sebou bez ostychu baví a není striktně dané, jak zaměstnanci mají chodit oblíkaní apod.

Protože práce je flexibilní a pro studenty ideální v tom, že nadřízený dokáže vyhovět a člověk si může přizpůsobit pracovní dobu.
