Firma hodně kolísá. Jeden měsíc je práce hodně a chodí se každý den na přesčasy i o víkendu, nabírají se nový lidi. Další měsíc je málo práce, nařízené dovolené a nováčky pod agenturou vyhazují. Je to hodně nejistá práce.

- s ničím, možná tak s příspěvkem na vyprání pracovního oděvu + svozová doprava zdarma
- mzda - vstřícnost zaměstnavatele nulová - pracovní podmínky - všechny veškeré benefity k dispozici až po zkušební době - váznoucí komunikace

zajímavá a slušně ohodnocená práce, nové technologie ve všech oborech logistiky, je to ale korporace, takže neplatí vždy maximální výkon maximální, tomu přímá odměna. Ale rozumní lidé, kteří vás nebudou trestat za každý prohřešek nebo neúspěch jako jinde!
nevýhoda ale někdy je to výhoda veliká nadnárodní korporace se vším negativním, ale i pozitivním, co k tomu patří

Přátelská a otevřená atmosféra, příjemné pracovní prostředí, dobré lidské vztahy, důraz na rozvoj lidí, možnost růst, pokud má člověk chuť a zájem.

Gefco je firma ve ktere se vyplati zacit karieru pokud mate nejake cile do budoucna verim ze si vsimnou kazdeho kdo ma potencial a pomuzou k vzestupu,kdo nema dalsi cile myslim ze si vedela za cistou praci ferove penize
V gefcu by se mnely zamerit na vedouci zamestnance a jejich psycholgii k podrizenym.z velke vetsiny je vse v poradku ale nejaky program by pomohl vsem.

Užitečné je nauka profesionalniho parkování, poznání luxusních aut. Co mě uplne příjemně překvapilo je jednání ředitele. Co řekne, to udělá.
Ne všichni nadřízení jdou příkladem. Někteří zamestnanci maji u nich určité výhody
