Chaotické vedení české pobočky. Plýtvání potenciálem. Časté změny nálad.

Nebyl tlak, psychický. Muselo se vše vyřídit. Vědělo se o Polsku, spravovalo CZ a SK. Jejich rozhodnutí trvala a byla velmi opatrná. Rozhoduje polské zastoupení. Vše se přenáší do Polska. UTLUMENÍ automitve a průmyslu trva již delší dobu. AI problém. Špatný směr na průmysl. Neustaly růst nebyl. Domacnosti bez pozornosti.
Nezajem o privat. Špatná orientace prodejniho zájmu.

Flexibilní pracovní doba, možnost učit se novým věcem.
Conrad v Česku je malá firma, ale je součástí velké korporace, což má své klady, ale i dost záporů.
