Rodinná firma, která se progresivně zvětšuje a rozvíjí a dává šanci k postupu, pokud někdo opravdu umí
No overtime
Společnost nepracuje na směnné provozy a snaží se zaměstnancům vyhovět i v rámci pracovní doby (zkrácený úvazek pro maminky s malými dětmi). Zaměstnává stálý pracovní tým, ale v rámci sezóny najímá potřebný počet externistů pro posílení provozu, zejména na kompletaci zboží a akce v terénu. Ve společnosti je zavedená pružná pracovní doba v situacích, kdy je tato varianta možná.
