Jasně daná pracovní doba pouze po - pá 6:00 - 14:30.
Mzda vůbec neodpovídá té uváděné v inzerátu. Pouze 114 Kč/h. Nedostatečné pracovní vybavení. Velmi špatné vedení s nevhodným chováním na pracovišti.
No overtime
Z toho co jsem slyšel jsou přesčasy opravdu výjimečné. Jsou také zcela dobrovolné. Já osobně jsem se za dobu 1 měsíce práce u této společnosti s přesčasy nesetkal.
Security and stability
Pokud budete pracovat dobře, rádi si vás tam nechají. Práce má jasně danou pracovní dobu a stabilní příjem. Pokud máte však alespoň trochu ambice, tak však toto zaměstnání nedoporučuji.

Oceňuji pravidelný výplatní termín. Jediným benefitem je příspěvek na důchod. Jinak je to sezónní práce(v sezóně děláme od rána do večera v dešti,mraze,na přímém slunci, a mimo sezónu buď Úřad práce, nebo práce ve výrobě za pár peněz)!
Určitě bych uvítal zvýšení platu, Nespokojený jsem s přístupem vedoucích pracovníků (všichni hledají jen to špatné na druhých, a nikdo nechce řešit problémy, které jsou)

užitečný, nová zkušenost, že do takové fabriky už nikdy
zvyšování norem na hodinu, ale to takhle nikdo nemůže posoudit pokud si to nevyzkouší sám

Relativně volná pracovní doba
- měl by si více vážit zaměstnanců - měl by proplácet přesčasy

Přístup přímého nadřízeného. Nespokojenost se zaškolením.
