Je jasné, že týdenní pracovní dobu si prostě odpracujete. Ale můžete manažerům klidně říct, že pátek, sobotu a neděli potřebujete volnou tak Vám dají delší pracovní dobu v těch 4 dnech. Nebo můžete říct, že v úterý by se Vám hodila ranní a a naopak v pátek potřebujete odpolední z důvodu řešení ve městě např. a oni Vám to dají. Existují i tzv. mezi směny a o ty taky můžete zažádat.
