Zaměstnavatel si váží zaměstnanců, dokáže je ocenit finančně a na restauraci pro nás vymýšlejí i nefinanční motivaci
Nevyvolávat objednávky jménem, hodně lidí je nespokojeno

Lidi tady jsou moc fajn, hlavně vedení jsou normální lidi co umí poradit, rozveselit a poslouchají co chceme říct.
Zlepšila bych někdy rozvržení směn. Třeba aby měli lidé povinné večerní/ranní hodiny protože když je nás na konci dne 5 v čele restauraci a přijde špička tak se můžeme zbláznit.

Nejvíce si cením vyhlídek, které firma nabízí. Možnost rozvíjet se. Uzpůsobení práce mým časovým možnostem. Skvělý kolektiv.
Zde není nic moc co vytknout. Jsem naprosto spokojen/a.

Velice rychle jsem se dostala na vyšší pozici. Náš tým je jako rodina, vládne tu pozitivní energie a svůj tým bych za nic nevymenila
