Atmosféra na pracovišti
Více skutečně kvalitních lidí v RST, méně politiky při výběru zců a při povyšování, lepší platové ohodnocení obecně, nemělo by docházet k porovnávání platů zaměstnanců OPS a RST, nemají stejnou práci, vzdělání, zkušenosti, odpovědnost...

Příjemná přátelská atmosféra. Zajímavá rozmanitá práce. Výborný kolektiv.
Více benefitů. Stravenky ve vyšší hodnotě než 30 Kč. Lepší platové ohodnocení na odborných pozicích.
