Oceňuji možnost vzdělávání
Velmi nepřátelské prostředí na pracovišti a neřeší se konflikty mezi zaměstnanci. Hodně naslibují minimum splní. Všechno dlouho trvá. Spousta zaměstnanců je nekvalifikovaných k terapii lidí s duševním onemocněním. Toxický kolektiv a špatné vedení

Vítají každého kdo zkušenosti nemá a má chuť pracovat a vzdělávat se. Nabídnou vám možnost dalšího vzdělávání. Bohužel na vzdělání se dlouho čeká a musíte se neustále připomínat

Velmi dobrý pracovní kolektiv. Vedení rozkročeno mezi velkou spoustou aktivit, velmi málo se věnuje řízení podřízených, spoléhají se až moc na fungující systém... Z většího odstupu vypadá řízení ne zcela koncepčně.
