Společnost pracuje v oboru, kterému se ve střední Evropě komerčně nevěnuje nikdo jiný (elektromebránové procesy), tudíž již při nástupu bude hodně nových věcí. Společnost dále umožňuje účast na odborných i soft-skills školeních, také své výzkumníky vysílá na zahraniční konference a veletrhy.
