Za mě dobrá práce, kolektiv také ale naslibovali mi jistou práci a presne po třech měsících me ze dne na den vystipali ze neni práce pritom u pohovoru slibovali jak se nemusim bat ze jsem nahrada za kolegu co odešel to me dost naštvalo velmi ne upřímné jednání.

Atmosféra byla dobrá, lidé příjemní. Bývala to firma s rodinnou atmosférou. Nyní je situace bohužel jiná, atmosféra negativní 😞

Přátelský kolektiv, přátelská atmosféra, nicméně ne vždy férové jednání, nevyjití vstříc, ačkoli bylo v možnostech zaměstnavatele to umožnit, práce mě bavila, byla různorodá a nebyla stereotypní. Víc nevím co bych napsala Pokud se člověk stane "nadbytečným", je nemile překvapen náhlou výpovědí ze strany zaměstnavatele
celkově přístup nejvyššího managementu, rozhodování proti logickému myšlení

školení, Lean metody
Firma by měla více informovat a komunikovat se zaměstnanci. Vedení by mělo měně intrikovat, měnit postoje a hledat viníka někde kde to nejde ovlivnit.

Volnost ale odpovědnost.. člověk je pánem svého času i svých povinností
Vytíženost je opravdu na maximální úrovni. Chtělo by to obnovit nějakého firemního ducha ze strany HR jako časopis, teambuildingy, firemní soutěže.. atp.
