Za přístup zaměstnavatele, možnosti rozvoje a transparentnost
Platové ohodnocení. Byla možnost si přilepsit brigadami ve stejné organizaci, ale čistý příjem na úvazek nebyl dostatecny

Se všemi kolegy a kolegyněmi mám zkušenost, že jsou ochotní se domlouvat a vycházet si vstříc v rámci možností. V organizaci vládne většinu času přátelská atmosféra. Zaměstnanci jsou ochotní řešit i náročnější situace.
Hodnocení důležitosti jednotlivých úkolů a případná občasná revize priorit.
No overtime
Protože pro pracovníky v přímé práci s klienty je konec pracovní doby pevně daný. Začátek pracovní doby je flexibilní - záleží na pracovníkovi nebo domluvených schůzkách. Hodiny se dají napracovat a poté jindy vybrat a být v práci kratší dobu, což oceňuji.
Opportunity to learn new things
Stále se hledají nové možnosti práce s klienty. Reaguje se na aktuální dění ve společnosti. Organizace proplácí vzdělávání, které si může pracovník sám vybrat.
