podíl na zisku (13. plat) příspěvek na dojíždění příspěvek na péči o draví (Benefit +)
Stagnace mezd. Před lety to byl průměr, dnes už je to 5tis pod ním.

Pracoval jsem v jednom v nejstarsich provozu (spina, smrad, velka prasnost) a nebyt dobryho mistra, tak bych tam za ty penize 3,5 roku nevydrzel

výplata byla vždy včas na účtě
ačkoliv je to podnik na výrobu hnojiv,dělníci ve výrobě jsou vnímáni spíše s despektem. Měla by být výrazněji ohodnocena a zvýhodněna práce na směny

Oceňuji pracovní dobu a možnost si po domluvě s nadřízeným občas odejít i dříve a hodiny si pak nadělat.
Udělat si pár proplacených přesčasů během měsíce, ale i náhradní volno není k zahození.
