Možnost flexibilní pracovní doby
Vyměnit vedení, nastavit řád interní komunikaci a hlavně zaměstnance informovat o dění ve firmě. Nepřeplácet neužitečné, protekčně dosazené lidi, platit lépe lidi, kteří tu módu opravdu dělají. Než se přijde s novým projektem, lépe domyslet důsledky a počítat s nimi a např. nabrat více lidí.
