Pěkné a čisté prostředí
Podivná atmosféra ve firmě. Vedení rádo dělalo pravidelně tlaky. Komunikace napříč firmou také špatná. Firma je proslulá fluktuací zaměstnanců, což o ní dost vypovídá. Děly se tam ještě další špatné věci, ale o tom už nebudu psát.

Náplň práce Možnost si dodělat VZV
Hrozný kolektiv, nikomu se tam nedá věřit, vedou se tam pořád nějaké války proti někomu atd. Ze strany vedoucího občas nespravedlivé jednání k zaměstnancům - oblíbenci se mají samozřejmě lépe.

Zajímavé zkušenosti
Nefungující interní komunikace mezi nadřízenými a podřízenými. Špatná informovanost zaměstnanců. Nevyhovující pracovní podmínky.

Nastavení "tvrdého" režimu v provozu. Vše mělo jasná pravidla a vzniklé situace mimo nastavená pravidla se okamžitě řešili s minimální tolerancí k zaměstnancům.
Lepší hodnocení za odvedenou práci nad rámec svých povinností. Zlepšení platových podmínek pro zaměstnance, na které jsou kladeny velké nároky a mají spoustu zodpovědnosti. Jeden zaměstnanec by neměl být plnohodnotnou náhradou za tři lidi.

Přátelská atmosféra, rozumná domluva s kolegy a nadřízeným. Je to ale hodně specifické dle pozice / vedoucího / pobočky. Česká firma, stabilní a solidní zaměstnavatel se zajímavou historií.

Bezproblémové řešení volna a dovolené.
Pokud se chce člověk prosadit, tam musí mít pevné nervy.
