dá se tam domluvit s kolegama, kdyz neco potřebujete (odběhnout si neco zařídit, jit driv z práce nebo naopak prijit později - tak o hodinku úplně v klidu)... lidi si navzajem vychází vstříc... nadřízení se nechovají nadrazene, jsou přátelští a da se s nima normálně mluvit :) na druhou stranu - je to tam jedna velká drbarna, ale to jsem ja osobně vubec neresila a proste si jen dělala svou práci

Důvěra v zaměstnance, flexibilní pracovní doba
Neflexibilita a neochota ke změnám "starých struktur", občas je vidět rozdílnost a nespoluprace jednotlivých oddělen (vše je ale o lidech)

Jiný než svůj názor nesdílí. Med kolem pusy co nastoupíte. Pak začne peklo.
