Zaměstnávají studenty/ky vysokoškoláky a je možné studovat při prezenčním i dálkovém studiu, na brigádu i HPP. Lokalita hotelu Čertovka na Malé Straně poskytuje možnost získat mnoho zkušeností v práci s turisty a v cestovním ruchu.
Polovinu hostů tvoří ruští turisté. Je to pak jednotvárné. "Papíry musejí být umístěny v části stolu A2. Nikoliv v části B1." Chtějí jen zaměstnance se vzděláním v cestovním ruchu. Praxe, školení, nadšení nemá hodnotu.
