Výplata vždy včas
Poslední dobu se to kazilo kvůli zavedení vláčků a o nic jiného se nestaralo vedení hlavně na logistice. A kdo to nezvládal kvůli tomu že je to moc těžké což je hlavně na páteř. V takových případech motivovali lidi do práce spíše negativně a to otřesným chováním.

Směny, velmi fyzicky namahava práce
Complex tasks
Práce je v prostředí kde je teplo celý rok v létě dvojnásob a je fyzicky náročná.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Je to práce kterou zvládne každý, když má trošku snahy a chuť pracovat a učit se ( pozice operátor).

kolektiv a to je asi tak vše
vedení firmy hrůza děs!! Neustálé změny které nikam nevedly!! Neochota cokoliv udělat ze strany vedení , na vše se čekalo a pořád čeká!!

Že jsem mohl dělat přesčasy
Nefér jednání, dělal jsem za 4 lidí i když to má dělat 1 člověk a žádné peníze navíc .

Jídlo zdarma. Příspěvek na dopravu.
Vysoká míra hluku na pracovišti. Velmi vysoké teploty na pracovišti.
No overtime
Pracuje se ve 12 hod. směnách. Ve volnu nikdo nepůjde na přesčas z důvodu odpočinku.

Chování vedoucího bylo otřesné, normy přehnaně vysoké člověk si skoro ani nemohl dojit na záchod aby stíhal normu... Lidé tam jsou brání jako roboti.
