Oceňuji přátelskou, až rodinnou atmosféru, kde si nehrajeme na pozice. I proto jsem zůstala tolik let, byť jsem možná měla i zajímavější nabídky, nedokázala bych McCann opustit. Oceňuji, jak se staráme o vývoj a vzdělávání našich lidí, možnost obrátit se v případě potřeby na profesionálního coache.
Vždy je co vylepšovat, někdy mám pocit, že toho chceme dosáhnout možná příliš najednou, ale je to daň za neustálý růst.

není chyba McCannu, ale obecně šílené tempo, ve kterém žijeme

Pracoval jsem v hodne agenturach a v McCann Prague je opravdova svoboda. Samozrejme s pravidly a prace musi byt hotova do terminu ale jak si to poskladate nebo zaridite je na vas. Ocenuji ze McCann Prague plati vcas. Coz take nebyva samozrejmosti. V McCann Prague mam pristup k nastrojum ktere k praci potrebuji. Samozrejme vsehcno ma sve chyby ale v McCann Prague prevysuji ty pozitivni nad negativnima.
Jsme soucasti mezinarodni site. S tim je spojeno spoustu byrokracie hlavne ze strany americke centraly. Nektere casti procesu by mohli byt lepe optimalizovane, ale ma to svuj duvod. Nekteri lide tu jsou uz dlouho a je na nich videt ze ztraceji tah na branu.

top agentura, top kreativní produkt, jedni z nejtalentovanějších lidí na trhu, kteří jsou velmi inspirativní, úžasný tým, který drží pospolu, zajímavé projekty pro naše klienty

Každý si hlídá své úkoly a vedoucí je spíš pomocník a rádce než někdo kdo rozdává úkoly a nařizuje. Je na každém jak a kdy svou práci udělá.
