Člověk může být sám sebou, nemusí se přetvařovat, dělá práci, která ho baví s lidmi, kteří jsou zajímaví a inspirativní.

Možnost skloubit práci a rodinu Časovou flexibilitu Otevřenost Přátleské vztahy a podpora

Zaměření na tu nejvyšší dosažitelnou kvalitu, avšak vždy ve spojení s well-being přístupem. Čili, mindfullness, všemožné kurzy, osobní a férový přístup, důvěra, home office bez problémů... Spolu s tím se ale očekává, že i já půjdu naproti svými protislužbami, kvalitou práce a osobní zodpovědností, kterou mi firma ponechává.

Stabilní firma, leader ve svém oboru podnikání, prestižní společnost, dobře fungující tým, dobří lidé, jasná vize/mise, možnost rozvoje, možnost uplatnit své znalosti a zkušenosti, prostor pro vlastní iniciativu a podnikavost
určitá míra formálnosti a pravidel by nebyla na škodu

work life balance, pratelska atmosfera, ambiciozni vedeni a skvele projekty, na ktere si clovek jinde nesahne.
Ze jeste neni hotova rekonstrukce kancelari, ale tak drzime si palce.
