Spokojenost s pracovním prostředím, benefity, vlastní jídelna, příspěvek na dojíždění do práce.
Velmi soutěživé prostředí za cílem lepšího osobního ohodnocení - sice férový systém odměňování, ale nevytváří příjemné "klima" mezi kolegy.
