Baví mě druh práce, který vykonávám. Přístup a jednání mé nadřízené.
Nejsem spokojena s dojížděním, ale je to tím, že nejsem z Prahy. Přímo k Alzheimercentru není dostupnost MHD a od mého bydliště už vůbec ne. Z toho důvodu je to pro mě náročné jak časově tak finančně.

Pravidelný příjem na mém účtě, dobré stravování
nevážili si zaměstnanců kterí oracovali a nedonášeli vedoucímu, byla tam parta lidí, kteří už v této firmě pracovali řadu let a ty mněli určitá privilegia

Starost o začínající pracovníky
Určitě bych přidala na platech, tím by se zlepšilo přijímání nových zaměstnanců, od začátku roku jich bylo přijato 63 a pouze 20 zůstalo.

Pomáhat lidem který to potrebuji. Protože takhle můžeme skončit i my ve staří s touto osklivou nemoci.
