Empatický a férový kolektiv. Práce, která má smysl. Výborné vztahy s nadřízeným.
Informal work atmosphere
Malý a velmi přátelský tým. Bezpečné prostředí, které je v neziskovém sektoru obzvláště potřeba. Prostředí vstřícné k dětem i psům v kanceláři :)
Order and rules
Nadace má přesná a jasně vymezená pravidla pro poskytování pomoci potřebným. V každodenní práci jsou skvělým majákem. Stejně jako procesy, které chrání zaměstnance před tíhou individuálních příběhů.
