Prace mě baví,super kolektiv.
Lepsi pracovni podminky,vetsi pracoviste,zlepseni chovani k podrizenym.

Kdyz potrebujete,muzete si vzit volno kdy potrebujete,pokud mate plusove hodiny nebo dovolenou.

Výborný kolektiv na našem oddělení
Vzhledem k současné konkurenci vyšší platy plošně pro všechny. Zamezí se tím odchodům dobrých letitých zaměstnanců kvůli "pár korunám" jinam. Jeden dobrý a ohodnocený pracovník udělá práci za čtyři levné a nespolehlivé.

Cením si toho, že jednání zaměstnavatele bylo férové a pokud člověk ukázal, že něco umí, tak dostal možnost kariérně vzrůst.
Nebylo by od věci zapracovat více na platovém ohodnocení zaměstnanců.
