Jak moc pracuji, tolik si mohu vydělat. Obchodní podpora, pravidelná školení v novinkách, podpora od vedení.

Zvýšit odměny za práci, protože peněz není nikdy dost :)

Pracoval jsem pro Hypocentrum Modré pyramidy, je to práce na ŽL, a měsične si platíte 2000kč za kancelář.

Cením si vstřícnosti - pokud něco potřebuji, je na koho se obrátit. Oceňuji rozsah možností, které máme. Produktová škála je nejlepší na trhu. Příjem si řídím sám, firma mi výrazně pomáhá k jeho dosažení.

Větší informovanost o skvělých produktech v reklamách (všude propagujeme jen brand). Větší řada workshopů a školení pro nové poradce.

stabilitu, důvěryhodnost aktuálně tvrdě netlačí na prodej žádného konkrétního produktu, jak tomu mnohdy v minulosti bylo aktuálně lze vyřešit i nestandardní záležitosti - a to je potřeba!

jiné územní rozdělení v rámci ČR, zjednodušení procesů, srozumitelnější a přehlednější dokumentace pro klienty

Celkově s přístupem mých nadřízených, pomohou kdykoliv a jednají fér. Práce je flexibilní.

Časová flexibilita, skvělé pracovní vztahy. Jasná vize firmy. Víme co máme dělat a proč. Vztah s klientem je vždy na prvním místě. Produkty, které konkurují trhu a trh nastavují.

Vždy je co vylepšovat. Na pokrocích vždy pracují lidé ze všech oddělení. Řídíme se především zpětnou vazbou od klientů a také aktuální situací na trhu.
