Relativně dobrý kolektiv (nemusí to platit ve všech odděleních), zajímavá a někdy i zábavná náplň práce.
Téměř žádné benefity (stravenky, příspěvek na důchodové pojištění...), Nepodporuje se vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců. Je uplatňován systém negativní motivace zaměstnanců. Zastaralý a nefunkční systém organizace práce - zaměstnanci nejsou placení od výkonu a kvality práce, nejsou nijak (pozitivně) motivováni ke kreativitě a zlepšování, důležitější se zdají minuty strávené na pracovišti, plnění (i špatných) rozhodnutí nadřízených a dodržování často nesmyslných termínů. Chybějící pozitivní motivace a neexistující orientace na zaměstnance neumožňuje využití jejich potenciálu.

Plat a podmínky, které si člověk na začátku domluví.
Chování směrem k podřízeným. Nejasný směr firmy. Extrémní fluktuace.

Nebyla jsem kmenový zaměstnanec ale i tak jsem byla spokojena se svou pozici bohužel později se začalo propouštět ve velkém a agenturní zaměstnanci byly ,,bez šance,, ale jinak se mi tam líbilo až na tu zimu tam.
Hala byla napůl rozpadlá takže v zimě jsme tam chodili ve vaťácích, čepicích, palčácích a i to bylo opravdu málo. Práce ve skladě
