13+14 plat, stravenky 2×120Kč což měsíčně dělá 3600Kč. Různé benefity, firemní tarif s neomezeným volání a internetem za 36Kč. Ovoce 2krat do měsíce, firemní večírky 2 krat do roků, fizioterapevt, k dispozici pravnik, možnost menší půjčky bez úroků, odměny 20k. Za doporučení nového zaměstnance, pro každého dárek k narozeninám, jdou vstříc když potřebuješ náhle vzít volno. Tak že myslím celkově na Tábor docela slušný zaměstnavatel to hodně lidí ví! Ano plat se zlepší po 1 aneb po 2 roce zaměstnání! Takhle je to nastaveno asi.
Bezpečnost práce, platí lidí které nedělají vůbec svojí práci a jsou tam už spoustu let! Bez kterých by se nic nestalo kdyby tam nebylo.

Oceňuji 13 a 14 plat. Pravidelnost výplaty. Fizioterapeut v podniku.
Nespokojenost s přístupem nadřízených k lidem. Nechuť cokoliv řešit, hlavně co se týče připomínek k problémům na pracovišti.

Protože na dost pracovních pozicích není třeba nějakého velkeho vzdělání. Jde pouze o zručnost.
