Výplata vždy včas.
Placení přesčasů, které nebyly vypláceny oficiálně. Pracovní doba i 16h denně, samozřejmě taky neoficiálně.

Jelikož by nikdo jiný, než mladý člověk tak dlouhé směny a náročnou práci nevydržel.

Ze zaměstná opravdu kazdeho
Zvýšit plat, vybrat na všechny pozice odborníky, zmírnit neskutecnou fluktuaci zaměstnanců, nabídnout zaměstnancům aspoň nějaké výhody, které by motivovaly, vždyť kam vejdete, všude mrtvoly s kruhy pod očima, vyhořelé existence bez soukromého života...

Práce pokojských - udržování čistoty na pokojích v hotelu i ve společných prostorách. Snaha o vkusné a hezké zařízení pokojů, sladění barev, moderní doplňky. Snaha vyjít vstříc klientům.
Péče o zaměstnance (nižší zaměstnance, nikoliv vedoucí) - absence benefitů, důraz jen na výkon, malý zájem o spokojenost zaměstnanců v práci, žádná snaha podmínky na pracovišti zlepšovat, horší komunikace se zaměstnanci.

Cim dele tam pracuji, tim vic vnimam, ze dobreho tam neni nic..
V prvni rade vymenit vysoce postaveny management za zkusene lidi z oboru..Nesoustredit se na zisk za kazdou cenu. Vylepsit poskytovane sluzby zakaznikum.

Mohla by být zaměstnanecká strava zdarma, když pracujeme v hotelu.

V zaměstnání na recepci si mohu dopředu naplánovat směny tak, jak se mi to v daný měsíc zrovna hodí. Vcelku hodně volných dní.
Nekteré dny bývají obzvláště náročné, nicméně to k práci na recepci patří.

EA Hotels jsem si velice oblíbil, neboť jsou ochotní a mají férové jednání se zaměstnanci. Určitě až skončí covidová doba a trošku se zase chod hotelů vrátí do normálu, byl bych moc rád pracovat pro EA.
