Seriozní a zodpovedny přístup ke klientům. Od toho se odvíjející tlak na zamestnance, aby odváděli kvalitně svou práci a především aby komunikovali s klienty. Na kvalitní komunikaci jak uvnitř firmy, tak směrem ke klientum závisí spokojenost se službami a tím pádem i úspěch firmy na trhu.
