Člověk se zde naučil mnoha různým dovednostem. Pozice se často rozšiřovala o další činnosti, které původně pod její kompetence ani znalosti nespadaly, ale dalo se s tím fungovat. Ten, co něco potřeboval se snažil vždy dostatečně vše vysvětlit. Co je naopak obrovským negativem firmy, je nepříjemná atmosféra ze strany vedení, která je na vedoucích pozicích snad doslova vyžadována při náboru. Postupem času se nevhodných osob firma zbavuje neustálými nevhodnými poznámkami. Pokud si chcete nechat své psychické zdraví na dobré úrovni, tuto firmu nedoporučuji.
