Malá firma, kde se všichni znají a každý ví, kdo má co na starosti a s čím může kdo pomoci. S ohledem na počet zaměstnanců vysoká efektivita vývoje. Pružná pracovní doba, sick days, v případě potřeby možnost home office.
Příjmy firmy neodpovídají odvedené práci - firma svou práci prodává zbytečně "moc levně". Je to způsobeno mj. i postojem hlavního zákazníka. Důsledkem je často dost napjatý rozpočet, takže malé investice do technologií, pomalá obnova firemního HW i SW ... ale nechá se s tím žít.
Jobs fit for working parents
Umožňuje částečný úvazek nebo flexibilně upravovat prac. dobu s ohledem na potřeby rodičů a jejich dětí. Celofiremní dovolená je také s dětmi.
Flexible working hours
Pružná pracovní doba flexibilně od 6:00 do 20:00 s možností home office podle potřeby, případně na základě individuální domluvy.
