Fajn kolegové. Mnozí zapálení pro svou práci. Pracovní prostředí je přátelské a neformální, všichni se známe. Fungujeme samostatně, poměrně nezávisle na "matce". Dobrý work-life balanc. Pěkné kanceláře přímo na metru.
Jednotlivá oddělení by si mohla vzájemně více rozumět a vycházet si vstříc.
Informal work atmosphere
V českém zastoupení Endress + Hauser je nás cca 60 zaměstnanců. Všichni se mezi sebou známe, většina kolegů tu pracuje již dlouhé roky. Dveře k našim vedoucím jsou stále otevřené. Když to Covid dovolí, pravidelně se alespoň 2x do roka všichni společně setkáváme a setkání to jsou spíše neformální.
Jobs fit for working parents
Máme flexibilní pracovní dobu. Několik kolegů se zkráceným úvazkem. Když jsou děti nemocné, lze se domluvit na práci z domova nad rámec běžného standardu.
