Vedení firmy, ať už německé tak tady v Chomutově. Německo jenom komanduje a příliš se nezajímá o naše potřeby. Celkově tato pobočka v Chomutově je vedená s nezájmem a tak to i vypadá. Lidé se tu též často střídají ať už z důvodu peněz nebo přístupu firmy.

Lepší pracovní doba, férový přístup k zaměstnancům, dodržování směn, pracovní doby a proplácení přesčasů dle dnešních standardních podmínek.
