pravidelná pracovní doba
musíte být nejlépe bez názoru a bez zkušeností, z psychologického hlediska tzv. ovce a to vystihuje atmosféru, absence řízení projektů, bídné finanční ocenění lidí, minimální benefity, nikdo nemá zkušenosti a znalosti v daném oboru výroby.

Včasné úhrady výplaty.
Zlepšit přístup k zaměstnancům. Příjde mi, že je bohužel berou jen jako nástroje pro zisk firmy a víc je nezajímá. Je možné, že nyní, je již situace jiná, ale to byl hlavní důvod mého odchodu.
