Kolegové perfektní, bohužel nadřízení neuměli kolektiv stmelit, spíše naopak.
Rozhodnutí nadřízených občas odporovalo zdravému rozumu.

Zajímavá technologie
Velmi slabí mistři, ustupování dělníkům, hluk
Jobs for people with no work experience
Především jde o obsluhu jednoduchých strojů např. lisů. Nejde o přemýšlení, ale o bouchání kusů. Dává se přednost lidské práci před automatizací.

Při nástupu mi slíbili 15000kč bonus po odpracování třech měsíců. Po dvou a půl měsících mě propustili bez udání důvodů. Je jasné proč a nebyl jsem první a myslim že ani ne poslední.
S vedením podniku. Přístup k zaměstnancům. Komunikace mezi vedením a ostatních provozů.

Nové prostředí,dvě směny
Přístup k lidem, nastavit pevný řád a pravidla pro všechny stejné, zlepšit stravování, určitě zlepšit finanční ohodnocení a benefity
