Pracovní doba 7,5 hod / den. Stabilní zaměstnavatel, jistota výplaty včas na účtu. Možnost se něčemu přiučit, pro lidi po škole ideální příležitost.
Absolutní nemožnost růstu na obchodní pozici - demotivační. Zastaralý styl vedení a občas i hrůzostrašné zacházení se zaměstnanci. Management by měl pracovat na schopnostech leadershipu. Velké napětí v komunikaci mezi různými odděleními. Samozřejmě obchodní úsek velmi negativně vnímán výrobou, skladem a kvalitou.

Naučil jsem se spolupracovat s despotickým nadřízeným, který nedělal rozdíly mezi THP pracovník a operátory výroby. Velká volnost v řešení problémů.
Přesčasy se berou jako standard
Informal work atmosphere
Je to malá firma a všichni se tam znají, což neformální atmosféře dost napomáhá a taky tam je.

Zřejmě proto, že se budou učit nové věci!

Vyplata chodi vcas. Platby dodavatelum taky probihaji v poradku.
Modernizovat softwarove systemy tak at nemusi mit kazdy milion tabulek. Upravit system dochazky at odecita po minutach. Zlepsit proces planovani vyroby, nevychazet vstric uplne kazdemu zakaznikovi, jen tem dulezitym.
