Firma je dlouhodobě stabilní, se zázemím zahraniční společnosti. I v těch nejhorších dobách (ekonomická krize, covid) zajistil zaměstnavatel dobrý příjem. Firma provozuje moderní technologii, která se používá v různých oblastech strojírensví. Práce je tedy různorodá a zajímavá.

V některých oblastech bude firma muset investovat do modernizace zařízení a celé technologie. Firma mi také potřebovala mít silnější obchdoní oddělení.
