Záleží na každém jedinci co si pod tímto pojmem představuje.Firma se vyvíjela 30 let a věnovala hlavně pozornost na konfort zaměstnanců a plnění zakázek. Nová jídelna a dobré stravování.Nové šatny a jídelní kouty na halách a v letních měsících venku. Nové podlahy.Všude čisto,zaměstnanci si mohou během pracovní doby zakouřit , samozdřejmě si to musí nadělat.Jako všude se občas objeví nějaký mráček vedení - zaměstnanci ale vždy se to nějak vyřeší
