vážím si toho, že čím větší je zisk, tím se pravidelně navyšují platy zaměstnanců
větší důraz na požadavky zákazníka, dostat k lidem povědomí, že platba za kliky od zákazníků je zdroj financí, tudíž pokud přijdu s požadavkem, že zákazník něco potřebuje, předpokládám u osob, které převádí data ze systému do excelu a obráceně, že zákazník pro ně bude na prvním místě

Zaměstnavatel sleduje spokojenost i výhrady zaměstnanců v průzkumech, které vyhodnocuje a následně řeší. Cením si přátelského přístupu a dobré spolupráce.
Zatím nevím, co jsem měla zájem zlepšit, tak už nastalo.
