TMH je celosvětovou jedničkou na trhu manipulační techniky, za posledních sedmnáct let se nikdy nestalo, že by výplata mzdy, bonusů atd. nepřišla v dohodnutých termínech a výši, každoročně v návaznosti na inflaci apod. svým zaměstnancům navyšuje mzdy, byť to není povinné. TMHCZ je na trhu manipulace v rámci ČR již více než třicet let a v současné době si vybudovala nové sídlo společnosti s veškerým vybavením a zázemím nejen pro zákazníky, ale i pro zaměstnance
