AT&T bohužel většinu zaměstnanců přijímá na základě referencí už těch současných a od toho se bohužel odvíjí celková kvalita společnosti. V Brněnské a Slovenské pobočce jsem byla svědkem absolutně nezkušeného managementu, na jehož každodenním programu bylo nevhodné chování ke svým podřízeným a neochota o čemkoliv vyjednávat. Také se v posledních letech snaží maximálně ušetřit a přesouvá většinu služeb do Indie. Podotýkám, že od nástupu nového člověka do vedení bohužel většina evropských zaměstnanců dostává ze společnosti postupně výpověď. Z tohoto důvodu určitě společnost, coby stabilního zaměstnavatele rozhodně nedoporučuji.

stabilni zazemi spolupracujete s lidmi po celem svete bohata skala benefitu, nejen na wellness/sport variabilni napln prace vyborne vztahy v tymy i se sefem
- je to korporat - neco zmenit nebo prosadit trva dlouho, protoze na vse existuje policy a deadline, coz muze byt obcas frustrujici - ruzne tymy napric firmou se moc neznaji

Výplata je včas na účtu. Alespoň nějaké Home Office V teamu je nás víc, není problém když je někdo nemocný
Pro ATT jsme méněcenná část, nejsme USA zaměstnanci. Pokud požádáme naši hlavní manažerku v USA o nějakou pomoc, tak ji slíbí, ale nestane se nic. Manažeři mají tak dobré platy, že se snaží vyjít vstříc hlavně požadavkům z USA. Na zaměstnancích vůbec nezáleží. I když budeš nejlepší z teamu, tak nic nečekej.

Dobrý kolektiv, výborný plat
Management, v mém týmu naprosto neschopný. HR oddělení, to si samo asi ani neumí uvařit kafe
