Bohužel jsem si cenil pouze toho, že jsem mohl dělat směny navíc a mé pracoviště bylo blízko od domova. Ale kolektiv mezi řadovými zaměstnanci byl perfektní.
Určitě bych poradil majiteli ,aby si dával pozor koho dosazuje na vedoucí pozice a na to navazuje i zlepšeni jednaní a komunikace s řadovými zaměstnanci. A v tu chvíli by se situace jistě zlepšila ,protože jak všichni jistě dobře ví "jak se do lesa volá, tak se z lesa ozývá".

Pravidelná výplata vždy ve stanoveném termínu.
Zaměstnat více kvalitních lidí. Pracovníky lépe motivovat, ty kvalitní lépe finančně hodnotit, přidat bonusy, zmírnit fluktuaci..

Dostupnost práce z bydliště
Neferove jednání
Non-stressful work
Je tam menší pracovní kolektiv. Práce se opakuje. Nejedná se o velkou stresovou zatez
Flexible working hours
Pružná pracovní doba tam moc nebyla, ale bylo možné začít dříve
