Zajímavá a rozmanitá práce a možnost se vzdělávat zcela podle vlastního přání. Na soc. službu zajímavé benefity, dva týdny dovolené navíc, deset dní na vzdělávání např. při dokončování školy. Vstřícná vedoucí. Lze skloubit s péčí o děti, možnost změnit úvazek nebo si nastavit nepravidelnou pracovní dobu.
Hezké odměny, které ale nejsou v pravidelné mzdě. Neformální lídři, kteří bojkotují vedení.

- poměrně velká míra volnosti, nadříženým stačí, že vše funguje - flexibilita, možnost skloubit práci s osobním životem, volná pracovní doba
- nemožnost spolehnout se na kolegy i nadřízené, o vše si člověk musí říkat stokrát a vše trvá neskutečně dlouho - velmi špatná komunikace v rámci týmu i mezi nimi - nesmyslné sdílení dokumentů (každý u sebe, sdílí se na požádání mailem) - zastaralé procesy, byrokracie

Dobrý pracovní kolektiv a atmosféra na pracovišti, respekt, podpora a smysl pro humor, prostor pro realizaci vlastních nápadů, možnost zorganizovat si práci, pružná pracovní doba, roční odměny, průběžné vzdělávání, možnost zahraničních stáží...
Omezená možnost karierního postupu - růstu.

Úžasně lidský přístup Férovost Pochopení Uznání Nehledání chyb, ale učení se, jak to příště udělat lépe. Tak to zkrátka vypadá, když je práce hřejivým domovem. :)
