Není čeho si cenit. Jedná se nepochybně o nejhoršího zaměstnavatele, jakého jsem ve své kariéře poznal.
Bylo by dobré aspoň rámcově dodržovat pracovněprávní předpisy. Není přijatelné, aby zaměstnanci na řídících pozicích byli nuceni pracovat 12 a více hodin denně. Zároveň není přijatelné, aby za svoji práci byli tak špatně hodnoceni a to nejen finančně, ale i z hlediska jakékoli odezvy od nadřízených. Možnost jakéhokoli rozvoje zaměstnanců ve společnosti ja taktéž takřka nulová.

- možnosti zkráceného úvazku - školení zakončená certifikátem, která za nás zaměstnavatel zaplatil a já jej tak mohla využít ve svém životopise a při hledání dalšího uplatnění
Myslím, že firma má velice dobře nastavenou firemní politiku. Je jen o jednotlivých lidech, aby jí dodržovali. Možná by se manažeři mohli více zajímat o jednotlivé zaměstnance v každé prodejně a o jejich názor. Mnohdy mají zajímavé nápady.
