vždy včas peníze na účtu postupné navyšování hodnoty stravenek dovolená navíc dobrý kolektiv spolupracovníků důvěra v nadřízeného
zlepšit komunikaci se zaměstnanci srovnání platů skrz oddělení (někdy velké rozdíly) poukázky na relax, wellnes jako věrnostní bonus

výplata je vždy včas
žádné příležitosti k rozvoji a pracovního ruštu, žádné příležitosti seberealizace, žádné benefitý pro dobře odvedenou práci, nejsou k dispozici žádné zvýšené mzdy
